• Grape varieties: SAUVIGNON BLANC. • Origin: The Central Valley vineyards extend along the Teno River and behind the Rauco hill, on the way to the coast. Its location in the foothills, between the hills and the river, and on terraces along the Teno River makes this land ideal for making a great wine. Our Sauvignon Blanc takes its origin in the Curico Valley near Santiago. • Vinification: To preserve the delicate cool climate aromas and flavours of the Sauvignon Blanc grape, the fruit was gently crushed, chilled and pressed immediately. This makes a stylish wine with fresh lifted aromas of florals and passion-fruit. • Soil: Machine-harvesting and hand-picking of the grapes complement each other during harvest time, which lasts from early March to late April. Both mechanical and flood irrigation are used in the vineyards, taking advantage of the cold waters coming down from the Andes Mountains into the Teno River.
