• Grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon et Cabernet Franc. • Origin: Vineyards located at the heart of Entre Deux Mers, between the rivers Dordogne and Garonne. • Vinification: The grapes are harvested when ripe, and destemmed. The juice is tank fermented at a controlled temperature for 10 to 14 days. Tank matured an racked every day. • Soil: Clay-chalky.
