• Grape varieties: 100 % Merlot. • Origin: Vineyard of Vin de Pays d'Oc, South of France, in Languedoc- Rousillon. • Vinification: The grapes are harvested when ripe, destemmed, crushed and then fermented for 6 to 12 days. The fermentation temperature is kept below 32°C and the wine is gently pressed. Lastly the wine is racked, filtered and bottled. • Soil: The area offers a large range of different type of soil such as sand, clay-chalk and schist.
